Overview
Givanium Citizens are characters that appear in Garten of Banban VII and Garten of Banban VIII: Anti Devil as the inhabit Cityngeon. They are the lifeless devoid creations of Syringeon as a part of his constant persistence to improve his surgical skills. The are devoid of color due to The Surgeon not having access to pigments and varying sources of genome donors because of the stretched resources of Syringeon. The Citizens are made to be obedient to Syringeon and hate humans like him, while being prepared to die as part of one of his operations.
Appearance
The Givanium Citizens look similar to the Givanium Infants and, to an extent, The Stalker. They have long, deflated lanky limbs, and their chests look as if they are starving with their lungs, spine, and ribs being visible from the outside. Their hips are bunched up with extra skin, and the skin on their necks is stretched tightly, leaving the spine and vocal cords visible. Their heads are simple oval shapes with rounded triangular mouths slightly popping out from the head. Their eye sockets are large vertical ovals with bunched up skin around the edges, and have either black or white sclera in them.
