1.1 Upon Exiting a train you have 5 hours before you must put your minecart in the free minecart chest regardless of where it came from. Failing to do so will result in a 3 iron fine.

1.2 Damaging train stations or rail will result in a 5 iron higher fine.

2.1 The court procedure is as follows: First the prosecution presents their accusation, then the defense can respond. This goes on until the judge or jury decides to reach a decision.
2.2 while either party is talking the other party may not interrupt.
2.3 the prosecution or the defense may request a jury before the trial.
2.4 the jury is selected by the state and must be performed by the selected persons.

2.5 A selected jury may not be biased, and if bias is found by either party they can be immediately fired.

3.1 One may not decieve another for financial gain of themselves or others

3.2 One may not decieve a jury to for anyones benifet.

4.1 The tax man can be temporarily put on hold without the peoples approval by the Prime Minister if they are found to be commiting illegal activity.
4.2 The tax man is responsable for selecting the jury in a trial if it is selected.

4.3 The Prime Minister must select the judge for legal cases, the prosecution and defense may present reasons why the judge should be replaced before the trial for some reason.
