Appearance[]
Nabnaleena's appearance is almost identical to Nabnab's. Like him, she's a four-legged spider-like monster with three eyes and a large mouth full of sharp teeth, however, her skin is black instead of blue like Nabnab's, like Banbaleena and she lacks a tongue. She wears a green bow that tilts off of the left side of her head.
Gameplay[]
Garten of Banban III[]
Nabnaleena makes her first appearance unconscious in the Surgery Room, where the Parent is tasked with a mini game to obtain Givanium and inject it into Nabnaleena six times, as stated by Banban. In order to fix the buttons and not restart the mini game all over again, the Parent needs to use their Drone in order to activate the buttons around the room and change the screen to its rightful drop color, which allows the Parent to continue. After doing the process six times, a door will open, rewarding the Parent with a audio disk. Nabnaleena will then be seen peeking out of the door leading to the hallway, retreating behind the doorway once the Parent approaches her. The Parent must then go back and, after inserting the audio disk, Nabnaleena will then crawl on the ceiling. After few seconds, Nabnab will exit his dark room to meet her. They will both crawl around for a moment and go away. After a bit, some sounds like the ones Jumbo Josh will be heard, followed by a loud and more violent sound. After that, Nabnaleena will come back running and she will go inside the Nabnab room. Nabnab appears later, unconscious, with Banbaleena in the Jumbo Room.
Garten of Banban VI[]
After being completely absent in the previous game, Nabnaleena eventually returns in Garten of Banban VI, but only briefly. She is seen at the end of the game where Sir Dadadoo reveals what he has done to victims of The Naughty Ones, and Nabnaleena is one of those victims. Nabnaleena is seen in the top left of the many corrupted monsters. When Banban tries to hold them off, Nabnaleena is fighting him alongside the other corrupted monsters off camera.
Garten of Banban VII[]
During the beginning of the game the Naughtified Nabnaleena will wait in position to catch the Parent off-guard but the Parent can use a barrel of Givanium and a lighter to trick and blow up Nabnaleena sending her into the abyss. At the end of the game Nabnaleena reappears in the fight against Jumbo Josh before being thrown back down into the abyss again.
Trivia[]
- Her design looks nearly identical to a fan-made character with the same name, it is unknown if this is intentional.
- The model of Nabnab can seen out of bounds in Garten of Banban II was re-used on Nabnaleena's eyeless design.
- Many people have mistaken Nabnaleena as the one who knocked out Nabnab, but it was most likely Jumbo Josh or Stinger Flynn.
- It is most likely the former, due to Nabnab later appearing in Jumbo Josh's clubhouse, along with Banbaleena.
- According to Banban Nabnaleena's concept was created to divert Nabnab's attention from attacking workers due to hypothesized loneliness and instead to a new friend but the Case Update Reports say that she was planned to be used to trap him.[1][2]
- This could be a difference between perspectives as Banban typically wants to help.
- If you're fast enough, you can see Nabnaleena's model disappear through a wall when leaving the medical sector; however, only for a brief moment.
- Banbaleena and Nabnaleena are physically opposites just like Nabnab and Banban. Banbaleena has a pink bowtie and Nabnaleena has a green bowtie (theyโre opposites in the color wheel). Nabnaleena is black while in contrast Banbaleena is white. Banbaleena speaks but Nabnaleena screams.
