The Tongs are an item that appears in The Surgery Room during Garten of Banban III. The Tongs are used to reset the power in the Surgery Room to make sure the machine doesn't run out of power causing a failure in the surgery which would cause Nabnaleena come to life early and killing The Player instantly, the Player must alternate through 3 tools which one of these tools are the Tongs.
